UX Design App Project
This User Experience project started with one question: How can we improve pets’ quality of life when being transported with their owners? It is known that many people in big cities don't own a car and therefore rely on public transportation or taxis to transport their pets with them. It was also discovered during this research that people living in cities like London and NYC are more likely to carry their pets with them.

Hi, I'm a Product Lead
I help businesses develop and grow revenue by understanding people and products through research and strategy.
The Discovery Sprint
Validate Before You Build
A 3-month strategic research and validation sprint designed for early-stage startups that want to avoid costly missteps by building the right thing from day one.
📍 Price: £500/day
📆 Project Duration: 3 months
1
UX & Qualitative Research
We’ll begin by understanding your users and business landscape through qualitative discovery. This includes stakeholder interviews, in-depth user interviews, behavioural observations, and mapping user journeys to surface pain points and unmet needs. I also conduct UX heuristic reviews and apply behavioural psychology principles to spot cognitive friction and improve usability.
2
Product & Market Validation
Once we uncover user needs, we’ll work on validating your product idea and business hypotheses. I’ll support you in shaping clear value propositions, mapping assumptions, and conducting concept testing with real users. Using frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done, we’ll segment user motivations and ensure you’re targeting the right problems with the right offer.
3
Strategy & Direction
Together, we’ll synthesise insight into direction. I’ll facilitate strategic workshops that bring teams together and guide product decisions. This phase includes defining an early product strategy, prioritising features based on evidence, and building clear documentation to support pitches, internal decisions, or investor conversations.
4
What You’ll Walk Away With After 3 Months
By the end of our sprint, you’ll walk away with deep clarity about what your users truly need, a product concept that’s been validated with your audience, and a lean, research-informed product strategy to take forward. You'll also have stakeholder-ready documentation, a pitch deck rooted in user insight, and a clear roadmap that minimises risk and maximises confidence before you build.
