Directed end-to-end UX research processes, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and influenced strategic business decisions.

At RFI Global, I led a comprehensive UX research initiative to address high website bounce rates and low lead generation. By integrating user-centric insights into our business strategy, we transformed the digital experience, resulting in a 25% increase in lead conversions and a 15% reduction in bounce rates within six months.
